TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: June 17, 2026

Welcome to iPromote That. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, starting a free trial, purchasing a service, and working with iPromote That.

By using our website, submitting a form, starting a free trial, purchasing a service, or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. About iPromote That

iPromote That provides marketing services for local businesses, including website design, local visibility support, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Business Profile support, review growth guidance, Tap The Magic digital business card experiences, Best of Marion visibility features, and related marketing direction.

Our services are built for local service businesses and brick-and-mortar businesses. We do not build ecommerce websites or online stores unless agreed separately in writing.

  1. Services

Depending on the plan or service selected, iPromote That may provide some or all of the following:

Google and AI optimized website creation or support
Website copy and page structure
Social media posts
Social media captions, hashtags, and campaign messaging
Email marketing content
Google Business Profile support
Review growth and trust building guidance
Tap The Magic digital business card setup or support
Best of Marion business feature or visibility support
Monthly marketing direction
Other related marketing services

The exact services included depend on the package, checkout page, written agreement, invoice, or offer selected at the time of purchase.

  1. Free Trial

Some iPromote That services may include a 14-day free trial. If a free trial is offered, you may pay $0 today and your paid subscription may begin after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Trial terms may vary by offer and will be shown on the checkout page or related offer page.

You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to continue into a paid subscription.

  1. Payments and Billing

By starting a paid service, free trial, or subscription, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method according to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout.

Monthly services renew automatically unless canceled.

Prices may vary by package, promotion, or custom agreement. The price shown at checkout or in a written agreement controls the service purchased.

If a payment fails, services may be paused, delayed, or canceled until payment is resolved.

  1. Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, iPromote That services are month-to-month with no long-term contract.

You may cancel future billing according to the cancellation method provided at checkout, through the payment processor, or by contacting iPromote That.

Canceling stops future billing. It does not automatically refund payments already made, work already completed, or services already delivered.

  1. Refunds

Because iPromote That provides digital services, strategy, creative work, website work, marketing content, and setup work, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started or work has begun.

If there is a billing error, contact us so we can review it.

  1. Client Responsibilities

To complete services properly, you agree to provide accurate and timely information, including business details, logos, photos, offers, contact information, social media links, website access, Google Business Profile access, brand preferences, and other materials needed for the work.

Delays in providing information, approvals, access, or content may delay project completion or monthly deliverables.

You are responsible for making sure the business information you provide is accurate, legal, and approved for use.

  1. Content Approval

iPromote That may create website copy, posts, emails, campaigns, graphics, and other marketing materials for your business.

You are responsible for reviewing content and requesting changes if needed. Once content is approved, posted, published, sent, or used, you accept responsibility for its use in your business.

  1. Ownership and Usage Rights

After full payment, you may use final approved marketing materials created specifically for your business.

iPromote That may retain ownership of internal processes, templates, systems, design structures, strategy frameworks, code snippets, layouts, methods, and reusable creative assets used to provide services.

Unless agreed otherwise, iPromote That may use completed work, business names, screenshots, public reviews, public results, or project examples in its portfolio, marketing, sales pages, case studies, and promotional materials.

  1. Website Services

Websites created by iPromote That are built for local service businesses and brick-and-mortar businesses. We do not build ecommerce stores, shopping cart websites, online stores, or complex custom software unless agreed separately in writing.

Website timelines depend on the package, client responsiveness, required content, revisions, third-party tools, and platform access.

You are responsible for maintaining any hosting, domain, email, third-party plugins, software subscriptions, or platform fees unless they are specifically included in your written service agreement.

  1. Social Media and Email Marketing

Social media and email marketing services are designed to help your business stay visible, communicate with customers, share offers, build trust, and bring people back.

You understand that content performance may vary based on audience, offer, timing, market, platform algorithms, business reputation, competition, and other factors outside our control.

iPromote That does not guarantee a specific number of followers, likes, comments, opens, clicks, leads, sales, reviews, rankings, or revenue.

  1. Google Business Profile and Search Visibility

iPromote That may help with Google Business Profile content, optimization direction, service messaging, review paths, and local visibility guidance.

We do not control Google, search engines, AI platforms, rankings, reviews, maps placement, suspensions, account decisions, or algorithm changes.

No specific ranking, placement, traffic amount, lead amount, or search result is guaranteed.

  1. Review Growth

Review growth services are designed to make review requests easier, clearer, and more natural for happy customers.

iPromote That does not create fake reviews, purchase reviews, guarantee review removal, guarantee review approval, or guarantee a specific number of reviews.

You agree to follow the review policies of Google and any other review platform used.

  1. Tap The Magic

Tap The Magic may be included or supported as part of certain iPromote That services.

Tap The Magic is designed to help businesses share important links, offers, contact information, review paths, booking links, social media pages, signup paths, and other business information quickly.

You are responsible for providing accurate links, offers, business information, and contact details.

Third-party device compatibility, phone settings, platform changes, internet access, browser behavior, and user behavior may affect the customer experience.

  1. Best of Marion

Best of Marion may be used as a local visibility feature or business spotlight for Marion County businesses.

A Best of Marion feature is intended to create another place for local people to discover, learn about, and trust your business.

iPromote That does not guarantee a specific amount of traffic, leads, sales, rankings, or revenue from a Best of Marion feature.

  1. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as website hosting companies, domain providers, WordPress, social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google services, payment processors, analytics tools, scheduling tools, automation tools, Tap The Magic systems, Best of Marion systems, and other marketing tools.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, technical issues, lost access, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

  1. No Guarantees

iPromote That works to improve your marketing, visibility, messaging, customer journey, and follow up systems. However, marketing results can never be guaranteed.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, followers, rankings, reviews, traffic, email open rates, clicks, or business outcomes.

Your results may depend on your offer, reputation, pricing, market, customer service, location, competition, budget, consistency, and many other factors.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iPromote That services for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or prohibited business activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if we believe a business, request, content, or use of our services is inappropriate, illegal, unethical, or harmful to our reputation or other clients.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, iPromote That is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid to iPromote That for the service directly related to the claim during the previous one month.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless iPromote That from claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses related to your business, your content, your offers, your products or services, your customer interactions, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of our services.

  1. Service Changes

We may update, change, improve, pause, or discontinue certain services, features, packages, pricing, bonuses, or deliverables at any time.

Changes will not remove services already paid for during an active billing period unless required by law, platform changes, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Updates to These Terms
